Ingredients:
Sirloin
Steak (or T-bone, Rib eye, Filet Mignon)
Olive Oil
Bruno's Carne Asada Mix
1
Red Bell Pepper
1 Yellow Bell Pepper
1 Green Bell Pepper
1 Onion
8 oz. Fresh Mushrooms
1 Tbs Fresh Chopped Garlic
1 1/2 tsp Bruno's Carne Asada Mix
1 1/2 tsp Knorr's Chicken Bullion
1/2 Cup Cool Water
1 Tbs Corn Starch
1 Cup Melted Cheddar, Mozzarella, or Gorgonzola
Cheese
Instructions:
This
recipe is suitable for sirloin, tri-tip, rib eye,
or any other cut of beef.
Brush
meat on all sides with olive oil
Sprinkle both sides with Bruno's Carne Asada Mix
Bar-B-Q to desired doneness
Cut bell peppers into strips
Cut onions into large slivers
Slice mushrooms
Sauté vegetables
Add water
Add Bruno's & Knorr's Chicken Bullion
In a separate cup, combine cool water and corn
starch until well mixed.
Add to vegetables, stirring as you pour, until
sauce thickens.
Pour mixture over steak.
Pour melted cheese to top it off
