Special Quesadilla

Ingredients:

Uncooked tortillas
Monterey Jack Cheese
Bruno's Carne Asada Mix
Lard or cooking oil

Instructions:

Fill uncooked tortillas with Monterey Jack Cheese on one half
Sprinkle with Bruno's.
Fold over and crimp the edges together.
Fry in hot oil or lard splashing oil on the top to cause it to puff up.
Cook until brown on both sides (it doesn’t take long).

Serve with salsa.
