Ingredients:
Boneless,
Skinless Chicken Thighs
Lime
juice (preferably small Mexican limes)
Bruno's Carne Asada Mix
Instructions:
Lay
meat flat on a clean surface.
Squirt lime juice to cover mean.
Sprinkle liberally with Bruno's Carne Asada Mix.
Turn the meat over and repeat.
Put meat into gallon zip bag, let the air out
of the bag and seal bag.
Allow meat to marinate for 30 minutes. (Do not
marinade longer or meat will turn sour.)
Best cooked on BBQ grill but can be pan fried
or broiled until desired doneness is reached.
