Cheesy
Potatoes
Ingredients:
Main Dish:
1/2 stick of butter melted
1 package (2 lbs.) shredded potatoes
1 pint sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
Bruno's Carne Asada Mix (approx 2 tbsp.)
Topping:
2 cups cornflakes, crushed
1 stick of butter
Instructions:
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
Thaw
shredded potatoes and mix together with all ingredients
for the main dish. Spread mixture evenly in a 9x13 glass
baking dish.
Keep
the crushed cornflakes in the measuring cup and melt
the stick of butter on top of them so that the melted
butter coats the crushed cornflakes.
Spread
topping evenly over the potato mixture.
Bake
at 350 degrees for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
Let
rest 15 minutes before serving.
